In English, the word 'CHEERS' is traditionally used to toast or celebrate something, often with alcohol.
Today, we use the word to say thank you, especially when receiving food.
If you want to pay your friend's food or drink, you have to say:

IT'S ON ME!
I'LL GET THIS!
WHAT IS A FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT? and A TAKE-AWAY? A STANDARD RESTAURANT?
DO YOU EVER ORDER FOOD FOR HOME DELIVERY?
