FINAL SPEAKING TEST 4ºB (14-15)

  • 4º B students will prepare a   SLIDESHOW about a city you would like to visit, using vocabulary and structures studied. You are supposed to speak at least 5 minutes: where that city/town is, important landmarks to visit, origins, landscape, weather, situation, population. You should include some photographs and explain to your classmates. NO READING....!!!
  • There are some examples on your text book.
  • Deadline: 26 th May.
  • If you have any questions, ask your teacher.
                                                  OR

  •            4ºB students: HAS A FILM EVER MADE AN IMPACT ON YOU?  Prepare a SLIDESHOW about the film: plot, main actor and actresses, location, release, costumes, time when it is set,etc...

FINAL SPEAKING TEST 1º BACHILLERATO (14-15)

OPTIONS:

A) role play /pair work as in the examples below

Read the situation below:

  A friend of yours is in hospital after an operation. He / She will be there for a few days. Decide what would be the best thing to take as a gift. Explain why you think some things are better than others. There are some sheets on the classroom board with  a picture with some ideas to help you.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR PARTNER TO GET TO AN AGREEMENT IN A SIMILAR SITUATION

and

You are being shown photographs. Describe them to your partner and answer the questions that student B and the teacher makes.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO DESCRIBE A PHOTOGRAPH TO YOUR PARTNER AND YOUR TEACHER AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS THEY MAKE.

If you choose this option, 5 points will be given to each part. Tell the teacher your names in advance.

OPTION B:

Give you opinion about TWO of the following topics, using the expressions studied. Topics will be chosen at random.

Speak at least for two or three minutes. Then answer the questions that the teacher will make. 3 points for each part and an extra point for fluency. You can get 7 points if you choose this option.

You will answer up to ten questions.
