GETTING AROUND

Now we are working with USEFUL English: GETTING AROUND PLACES, how to give directions. This Congestion Charge costs &8 a day, about 10 euros. The L-plate is an international sign for learner drivers. It began in the UK in 1935. Once you have a British driving licence, you don't have to renew it until you are 70.
